Damian first started working within the outdoor industry over 15 years whilst completing his degree in outdoor activity management. Since then he has worked internationally as an instructor, lifeguard and guide and domestically within the education and tourism sectors.
Outdoor Activities Development Officer

Tony first started working at the centres almost 20 years ago as an outdoor instructor apprentice. In that time he has become a highly recognised instructor, coach, and technical adviser in a range of disciplines. We estimate Tony has positively impacted on over 75,000 young people visiting the centres.
Administration and Hospitality Team
Karen and Donna have worked at the centres for almost 10 years and both have long careers within finance and business administration. They ensure guests are informed and that their visits go as planned.
Our team of instructors hold a number of mandatory national governing body qualifications in a range of disciplines. They undergo a bespoke induction process and therefore provide fun, safe and effective sessions all over Gower and the surrounding area.
Domestic and Catering Team
Our domestic and catering team hold all the necessary domestic work qualifications. An experienced and friendly bunch that will look after you during your stay.
