Arrival
You will be contacted prior to your visit to arrange a suitable time (from 4.00pm for weekend groups) for you to arrive. If your arrival is later than 4.30pm Health and Safety and security information will be left at the centre for you. Your group will be responsible for the building until the time of departure arranged with the manager.
Facilities
Bedroom layout
16 beds arranged in 1×2 (twin), 1×1 (single), 1×8 (bunks), 1×5 (single) in a Mezzanine sleeping area. 1 male and 1 female communal shower rooms. 1 additional shower room adjoining the twin bedded room. All bed linen is provided.
Dining room/lounge
There is 1 large multi activity room/TV lounge, dining room seating 16. 1 sitting area with double doors leading onto the patio area.
Kitchen
The self catering kitchen contains 2 domestic cookers, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 larder fridges and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for 16. Tea towels are provided.
Washing facilities
There are 5 showers and 5 toilets. Please bring your own towels.
Garden
There is a patio and games yard at the back of the building with picnic benches.
Heating
Centrally heated throughout.
Directions
Exit the M4 at Junction 42. Take the A483 to the centre of Swansea and then follow the A4067 to Gower and Mumbles. Approximately 2 miles outside Swansea, turn right onto the B4436 signposted Bishopston. After 4 miles turn right after Kittle and turn left on the A418 at the next junction. Continue on the A4118 until you reach Scurlage. Turn right on to the B4247 sign posted Rhossili. Follow this to Middleton approx 2 – 3 miles. Turn right sign posted ‘Residential Centre’. Tŷ Rhossili is 1/2 mile on the right up the lane over the cattle grid.
Car parking
Parking onsite for up to 4 minibuses or 9 cars. Extra car parking available nearby.

Meal times for full board guests and schools:
Breakfast – 8.15am
Lunch – 12.15pm
Dinner – 5.15pm
In the interests of hygiene, dogs cannot be allowed in the building, although it is possible for special arrangements to be made for registered assistance dogs.
Smoking and the use of candles, nightlights or fireworks (indoor or outdoor) are not permitted in the property.
Tŷ Rhossili has a 2* grading from Visit Wales.
