Rock climbing/abseiling

Minimum numbers and day of activity apply.

Gower is home to some of the world’s most famous beaches, with Three Cliffs and Rhossili Bay having won awards for beauty on a global scale.

Standing guard over these sacred sands is some of the most diverse and engaging climbing in the UK. Whether you would like to try climbing for the first time with your friends and family, want to improve your skills and rope work, or are working towards a climbing qualification we are able to offer instruction and fun sessions. Our team of extremely experienced coaches will put a package together that will be in keeping with your world class surroundings.

What’s involved?

Climbing is one of the most fun and exhilarating activities around. We run our sessions on South Gower cliffs adding tidal elements to really enhance the overall experience. Our clients are able to view our ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ from angles most people never will. Whether its bouldering, coaching sessions, top and bottom roping or any type of climbing you would like to try we’ve got you covered.

Can I do it?

Climbing is suitable for most people and we can cater sessions to match people’s abilities and levels of experience. Our instructors hold national governing body qualifications and our kit and practices are audited each year by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority.

What do I need to bring?

  • Tracksuit type bottoms
  • Long sleeve top
  • Trainers
  • Waterproof top
  • Drink
  • Medications eg. sunscreen, asthma pump
  • Packed lunch (dependent on plans for the day)
  • Weather appropriate clothing

We provide

  • All personal protection eg. helmets and harnesses
  • All rock climbing equipment
  • Day packs and safety equipment

Can I have more than one lesson?

Yes, rather than booking a single lesson with us you could book a block of 4 lessons which will help to speed up your learning even more and start moving onto higher level skills (the price per lesson drops to £40 when booking 4 lessons).
