Cycling/mountain biking

Cycling sessions for only £45

Minimum numbers and day of activity apply.

Gower and its surrounding areas are a bike lover’s paradise. In South Wales we are blessed with rolling hills and dedicated tracks – we like to play on them on our bikes and you can come too! Whether it’s riding the rugged forest at Afan Argoed, the meandering paths of Swansea Bay, or the tracks of Clyne Valley and Gower we’ve got you covered.

What’s involved?

Cycling is a great way to cover distance and explore new areas; it is also great to develop skills and control. Through our expert knowledge, tuition, and fleet of hardtail and trail bikes we can show you the local areas in one of the most fun ways possible.

Can I do it?

Cycling is suitable for most people and we can cater sessions to match people’s abilities and levels of experience. Everyone has ridden a bike at some point and now’s the time to do it again!

What do I need to bring?

  • Tracksuit type bottoms
  • Long sleeve top
  • Gloves
  • Trainers
  • Waterproof top
  • Drink
  • Medications eg. sunscreen, asthma pump
  • Packed lunch (dependent on plans for the day)
  • Weather appropriate clothing

We provide

  • All personal protection eg. helmets and harnesses
  • All rock adventure equipment
  • Day packs and safety equipment

Can I have more than one session?

Yes, you could book a block of 4 session which will allow you to experience a range of routes and take part in leading some of your final sessions (the price per lesson drops to £40 when booking 4 lessons).
